This privacy notice explains the types of information Torkwork may collect through the marketing website, subscription administration and hosted workspace service. It is a starter document and should be reviewed for the legal entity, countries and customer commitments under which Tork is offered.
Information we collect
Information may include contact and company details submitted through forms or checkout, subscription and billing references provided by a payment processor, account information, support communications, workspace usage records and technical information such as device, browser and security logs.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, create and administer subscriptions, provision customer workspaces, authenticate users, operate and secure the service, provide support, measure product usage, enforce plan limits and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, payment, analytics, AI or meeting-transcription providers when those services are enabled. Tork does not sell customer conversations or workspace data to advertisers.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain security records. Reasonable administrative and technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion or export of certain information, and may object to or restrict some processing. Customer administrators may also control workspace users and enabled integrations.
