The service
Tork is a hosted workplace-management platform that may include tasks, projects, attendance, leave, reporting, meetings, communication, analytics and optional third-party integrations. Features depend on plan, configuration and availability.
Accounts and administrators
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, protecting credentials and promptly removing access that is no longer required. The customer workspace owner controls user access and configuration.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval selected at checkout unless cancelled. Prices may exclude tax and usage beyond included AI or transcription allowances. Changes, payment failures and cancellations may affect access according to the subscription lifecycle.
Acceptable use
Customers must not use Tork to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, gain unauthorized access, overload infrastructure, circumvent plan limits or process information they are not authorized to handle.
Customer data
Customers retain responsibility for the lawfulness, accuracy and permissions associated with data placed in their workspace. Tork may process that data as needed to provide, secure and support the service.
Availability and third-party services
The service may be updated, maintained or temporarily unavailable. Integrations such as payment, email, calendar, AI or transcription services are subject to their providers’ availability and terms.
Suspension, cancellation and data handling
Access may be limited for overdue payment, security risk, prohibited use or legal requirements. Following cancellation, data may remain available for a limited retention period before deletion, subject to contractual or legal obligations.
