Use AI for the first useful answer

A public visitor often needs a quick explanation of the product, pricing or workflow. An approved knowledge source lets AI answer those questions immediately while keeping credentials and private workspace data out of the conversation.

Make escalation explicit

When a visitor requests a person, collect only the identity and contact information needed to place the conversation in a human queue. Do not silently create a formal ticket before the visitor asks for that step.

Keep one support engine

Website visitors and authenticated workspace customers have different identity and context, but the human support team should not work from disconnected queues. Source-aware sessions can reach one controlled support engine while preserving who the requester is and where the conversation started.

Keep authority with people

AI can explain and summarize. Refunds, subscription changes, access decisions and other consequential actions require authorized human or trusted system controls. The support experience should make that boundary visible.
